Phil Spencer Playstation Gamepass?

I once read that Phil Spencer probably wants to share the Xbox Gamepass with Playstation, is that fake news or does he want to do it

That won't happen any time soon, even if Phil Spencer was open to a game pass on Sony and Nintendo consoles.

But Sony will definitely not play along.

Why?

Because they don't want the competition on their own platform.
