Xbox live gold annoying problem?

I indulged in xbox Gold today and redeemed the code.

But always when I gta 5 games comes the screen where I can buy gold.

It just does not go away.

Does one know a solution?

Turn off your console completely (hold the Xbox button for 10 seconds)
