Fritz Box separates XBox one?

If I play a car race with my Xbox one, I will be disconnected after 20/30 min. I'm at 1&1, Fritz Box 7412 and have the 50,000 line connected by cable. All inquiries and attitudes at 1&1 have brought nothing.

Can you possibly help me there?

Po

Call 1&1 and ask what's going on, their fault is probably when you even play with an ethernet cable

Lo

Look in the Xbox settings on the console whether your NAT is strict. If so, you have to open the ports for your console yourself via THE router. Do not know them by heart now but if you enter Google Xbox Ports you will get a detailed explanation about Xbox Support. If your NT is open then you should have no more problems

Ni

Hi steven… Yes nat is open… And only one port is specified, if i want to enter the others it doesn't work.

Lo

If your NAT is on Open it should be something else. Is the console connected via LAN or WLAN?

Ni

Over Wi-Fi

Lo

Ok if the possibility exists you should try it over a LAN cable. It could be that the Xbox loses the Wi-Fi signal every now and then after a short time. Had the same problem with my Smart TV… I have had it over LAN since then. In an emergency, you can still contact Xbox Support and tell them that your WLAN receiver in the console may not be working properly

And also with LAN

Po

You just said about cables

Ni

I tried both cable and Wi-Fi

Ni

And with both I will be separated after 30/40 minutes
