I can't select anything on the Xbox when I press the Xbox button, I tried to change the controller, but it didn't work either. So in this menu:

Unplugging is not a great idea. It is better to hold down the Xbox power button for 3 seconds, then simply restart. If not then, the same as before, just pull the plug shortly after switching off, plug in again and then switch on. Is healthier for the hardware 😉
