Use XBOX File Explorer to select PB?

I wanted to change my profile picture after creating an XBOX account and found the option "Select custom picture" in the settings. But there was only one file explorer and it was empty. So I downloaded the XBOX One Drive app and wanted to upload the picture that I want to set as my profile picture, hoping to download it and select it.

Can give you a tip: Try to do it on your cell phone. Install the xbox app from store and under settings you can select the profile picture. Really simple!
