Why is my Xbox One no longer reading Xbox CDs and Xbox 360 CDs?

Before it was so that I can play Xbox games (CD) and Xbox 360 (CD) games on Xbox one, CDs have no scratches and are not dirty, now only Xbox One reads games, what's going on why CDs from Xbox and Xbox 360 no longer accepts on my Xbox one?
