Will the gaming controller die out?

Do you think that the gaming controller (from Ps, Xbox etc.) can be replaced by a new invention at some point or that the demand will disappear at some point and therefore it will die out.

I don't see the problem with mouse and keyboard, since mouse and keyboard are also used for other purposes.

Believe me, controllers won't die out. At least not in 20 years

Hands themselves are wonderful controllers.

Gesture control will certainly play an important role.

I do not believe that the need for controllers and therefore these itself die out. Where there's a need, at least most of the time we deliver. In addition, in my opinion, some games can be played much better with controllers than with mouse and keyboard. As long as we don't have a nerve gear like in SAO, the controller will continue to be a popular item.
