PC games on xbox series s?

I'm a PC gamer but I'm just thinking about getting a console for my PC that would be the new Xbox Series, someone knows whether I can play games from the PC, for example, when I log into the new console with my Microsoft account Forza Motorsport 7 can play directly there or do I have to buy the games separately?

You don't have to buy it, it's the same account, just download it again.
