Xbox debit card synonymous for the Windows Store s.PC useful?

I would like to buy tomorrow Forza Horizon 4 in the offer for the PC, so Windows 10. I need a prepaid card. Now there are the so blue Windows maps and green Xbox maps. However, Xbox cards also say "Buy… And more on Xbox and Windows". Now I'm a bit confused as to which card is the right one. Can someone help me on this?
