I would recommend that you first find out what you want to play and then decide if you really need the latest. But if you have the money and want to be well prepared for the future, I would recommend the latest Series X to you.
It depends on the budget.
If you have an unlimited budget, I would definitely recommend the most powerful console currently, the Xbox Series X.
If you don't want to spend so much on a console, the Xbox Series S (300 euro) or the Xbox One S (200 euro) would be recommended.
So it should only cost 300 euro. The latest Xbox also has bad reviews
