About 1.5 months ago I had a very large thickening (bulge) on the buttocks, above between the cheeks on the coccyx. It was very painful for two days and I could hardly sit, after that it got smaller and I was no longer in pain. About 1 week ago the same thing happened again and again, thickening (like last time it was big when I felt it) with pain, now it is smaller again and I'm no longer in pain. When feeling, you can still feel a small bump.
To me:
I'm 20 and have only been at home for about 2 years and have been outside very rarely, only to school / internship, to the hairdresser every 5 weeks and to the supermarket twice a month (live with my parents), so yes more than lazy.
My question:
What can it be here?
Does that have anything to do with my laziness, so that I just don't sit and lie at home and play with my Xbox colleagues?
I cycled (approx. 13 km) and the armchair is quite hard, so it is ok for short stretches, but when I drive 13 km as mentioned above, the buttocks hurts because the armchair is so jart. Could it be involved here?
Ps: I will now wait and see how it develops and if it reappears, I will go to the general practitioner. If I even think about it, I always think a day or two after I have ridden a bike, but it may also be that it is not correct, since it was 1.5 months and a week ago, but I'm also a few times vir I cycled about 1-2 months and once about 1-2 weeks ago.
That sounds a lot like pilonidal sinus (coccyx fistula).
Be sure to go to the doctor and clarify this.
And my personal advice, if it's a coccyx fistula, don't push it in front of you, but let it do it right away.
All the best!
Hey In addition to the tip with the fistula, it could also be a recurrent inflammation on the sacral plate. I would definitely have it clarified by a doctor!
Should I first go to a family doctor or to a specific doctor (dermatologist)
Should I first go to a house doctor or a skin doctor with suspected coccyx fistula? And could it actually be one with me he does not purulent or so it is just like a bump and since he is smaller now only a piece of skin torn.

So if something on the sacral plate is injured (e.g. A tear in the bone), an orthopedist would be the right place to go. You can only find out with an x-ray.
Since you don't know it yet, I would go to the family doctor and describe the complaints in detail.
