For quite some time I have a new PC with a RTX2070 and a MSI monitor mitr 1440p and 144hz, I've got myself a Roccat Kome Aimo and have relatively quickly realized that I have the problem in some games that most games with far over 60fps run, but looking around it looks more like 30fps and 60hz.
I especially noticed it in Destiny 2 and The Division 2, no matter what settings.
Have tried it with an XBOX controller and realized that the games are definitely looking smoother when looking around.
Did you also set your 144hz?
You can look in the driver times. The polling rate should be 1000hz. Is not that the case you get so problems.
Otherwise I would try another underground - if dennen her owl sensor because what is good for no idea, I had never in the hand.

Yes - well, no - reinstall Windows to exclude software errors.

I would like to know that too. Have in TD2 only say that it works better with DX12, the "jerks" by the mouse movement were still there.
