Games that offer on the xbox one x 4K and at least 45 fps?

I've heard that the (most) games on the one x at 4K only in 30 fps run me but is 4K important know hr maybe good games the 4K and at least 45 FPS maybe even 30fps can create?

Hard to say but I think Rainbow Six Siege puts save at more than 30 fps
