Battlefront II compatible with PS5 or XBOX Series X?

Hi, my little brother started Battlefront II last year. This year we'll probably buy a ps5 or XBOX Series X.

Now the question: is the game compatible with these consoles or not?

However, since you probably bought the game, you can easily transfer the games to your new console thanks to Smart Delivery (Xbox). If both consoles are still in the same network, you can transfer the game to the new console via a wireless connection without having to download anything additionally (Xbox Exclusive)
