My friends and i would like to get a racing game for the PS4. We all have a budget of around 40 euro and would like to buy a varied game in this right one, preferably with a mode in which you can simply drive around freely.
All in all, we'd just love a game like Forza Horizon on the XBox.

Personally, I don't know a lot of racing games right now.
But I would suggest GTA online, either you drive varied races there in the arena or simply use the map with routes you have set yourself…
It's just a suggestion, just take a look at it. The game isn't popular for a reason, and you can play it without having to "break the law".
Costs around 25 euro with an offer I think Easter is soon?
