I would like to play on my pc but my little brother pulls the whole internet away with his xbox no matter if with a lan cable or not, i have a 6k line which is actually ok for csgo but he pulls everything away, i can't somehow limit how much he gets like eg only 1k or so?

Hopefully you have a "FritzBox", you could do it like this:

Either at the CompuBase Forum https://www.computerbase.de/forum/threads/fritz-box-bandbreite-fuer-einzelne-nutzer-begrenzen.1581640/
or

Xbox One is a broadband console. Unfortunately, with every small connection request (switch on, go to Xbox Live Online, play gamepass games, play online games), a large amount of Internet is drawn. Unfortunately, the Inet settings can't be changed on the console, which leads to a connection collapse. Try it with mobile radio: I use Freenet radio as Internet access for my Xbox with 60 mbits donwload and 14ms ping. If you live in a cheap area with good O2 reception, Freenet Funk will be really good. - The mobile phone contract costs 30 - 31 euro per month (1 euro is debited per day, only PayPal possible) and offers unlimited data volume.

I can say it's worth it. However, few games can't be played as multiplayer, since they require IPV-6 standard, which the cell phone network does not have. (Ace Combat 7 or Mud-Runner then don't work in multiplayer, find no lobbies)

If you are lucky that your brother does not have an Xbox 360, then your line would lose a lot…
