Naruto Ultimate ninja storm 3 Unlock Blue Characters?

I got Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 two days ago (XBOX360). I have now unlocked all characters including Ems Sasuke, but I still have 7 free spaces for characters here, but they are in blue, these spaces are exactly between Killer Bee and Naruto. Does anyone happen to know how to unlock the characters?

I've already played through the story and have almost 2 million ryo.

The blue boxes show characters that you can't play, but can only be selected as auxiliary characters if I remember correctly (that's been a long time ago) they should appear when you have selected a character

Can you unlock Sage mode Kabuto in normal Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 or do you need FullBurst?

This should be a character that you can only get through full burst. The fight is only in this expansion
