Ps4 vs Xbox and why is Xbox hated more?

I prefer the PS4, I don't understand the hate against other consoles or PCs. Why can't you let everyone play the way they want to? I don't see much difference between XBox and PS4, there are other exclusive titles.

The xBox comes from Microsoft - they are a large corporation that you can just have. Certainly also because of Windows and Office. There are just a lot of people who also had Windows and then the xBox is of course also bad. In addition, the xBox came after the PS. So PS players consider themselves to be the first.

In addition, the xBox (also the new generation) was always a bit better than the PS - one more reason for all jealousies.

I have all the consoles in my closet, but ultimately I prefer to stay with the PC.

Pc gives you a lot of options whether you play with keyboard or controller. In terms of console, I use neither PS nor Xbox, because in contrast to e.g. The switch, which I personally do not have enough exclusive content that I can't have on my PC. This "war" is like all brand fights, the two parties just want to position themselves a little higher, feel better, so to speak.

I think the Xbox One announcement was pretty bad, also because of the Kinect. Microsoft had just introduced the Xbox with all the features and it didn't work then that the Xbox is a pure gaming console, rather one for home entertainment. With all the functions that are not designed for gaming, the ps4 has made it better, focusing on gaming and showing the fans what they wanted, a console that is designed for gaming.

But if you compare Xbox one and ps4 with each other, only the controls around the games come into question. Controllers are a matter of taste. But the ps4 has exclusive titles. The performance depends on the respective model.

But the real war exists in my opinion only because nobody wants to admit that his console could possibly be the worse.
