New controller, not sprinting possible?

I have a strange problem. Today I bought a new controller for my xBox one. (one from Afterglow). My old one had an error in the right analog stick.

So now I had connected it, everything went great until I wanted to sprint at Cod mw and my character didn't. Even if I swapped the analog assignment it didn't work. When I connected the old controller, it worked.

I also tested the whole thing at Dead by Daylight, there's sprinting to LT and it doesn't work there either! There's a little faster going there, but no sprinting.

The controller does not need an update either.

What could be the reason?

Throw the entire Xbox snot out of the window and buy a pc.

Exchanging is also a defect.

Maybe the controller has some functions or something, look in an instruction manual
