Xbox CoD MW Sound Problem?

I downloaded Grad Warzone on Xbox One s and the sound when I play with a headset is unbearable, it echoes full and is sometimes so fuzzy. How can you fix that. If I turn the headset off and then turn it on again, I briefly have normal sound again. It is only like this with Mw. Does anyone have that too? Already restarted the Xbox.

I would delete it and download it again, maybe this will solve the problem.
