I pre-ordered the Xbox Series X, and many say it's just not worth it because it sucks. I have a pc with an RTX 2060 Super and all games run on Ultra HD or HDR.
Should I spend the 500 euro on an Xbox? Only FIFA, Rocker League and Gamepass would play on it. Or should I put the 500 euro aside and buy a new graphics card? What is more worth it

I would put the money aside and wait to see if you need it for something else.
You don't need an extra console for the few things you want to do on the Xbox and all things that apparently also run on the PC.
If you are satisfied with Full Hd and do not need more than 60 fps, the 2060 will serve you well for a long time to come.
Perhaps the idea of saving the money for a driver's license (moped / motorbike) would be interesting.
That depends on how much you are interested in exclusive titles, in the case of the Playstation.
