Xbox 360 image repeats itself. What to do?

Since 1 std my picture of the xbox360 repeats… My apartment is quite old and now and then when a light is turned on, the power goes out briefly and then back on… And after that happened now… Can someone help me?

What do you mean by repeating?

Like in the picture… Can't describe it… The same picture moves over the screen like a credits

What are you using for a monitor?

A TV… It's not the TV but the xbox
