Xbox One keeps hanging up, can someone

So to briefly describe the problem, my Xbox one suddenly hangs mega so that you really can't do anything anymore.

I've already tried everything, that means restart, reset in every way, power off and on again, everything reinstalled and blah but it just doesn't help.

Do you know what i can do

Pay attention to the fan. If it runs at full throttle it should help to remove it and clean it
