Xbox Gamebar is not recording?

Help, my X-Box Gamebar is no longer recording… I want to record cyberpunk. It used to work. Even after repeated resetting, repair and exit don't click… Who knows what's wrong? The photo function is still working.

Does anyone have any ideas?
