Restore Xbox Gamebar Target Folder?

I've been using the Xbox Gamebar for a while to take screenshots. A long time ago I moved the destination folder "Recordings" to my USB stick, but unfortunately the folder "Recordings" is gone for some reason. Is there any way to restore this folder? Or create a new one?
