Since it has a broken seal (torn counts as broken) and has been modified by self-maintenance, the price goes down quite a bit. Therefore you shouldn't expect much. However, it depends more on the hard drive: if it is a 2TB HDD you get a maximum of 70 to 80 euro, with a 2TB SSD that would be almost 200 euro, as it would be worth the still high price of the SSD and the consoles.
The price only fits if you sell the console plus power cable, an HDMI cable and an original, if possible intact controller.
