I had Xbox Gold until about April. Then I bought the Game Pass Ultimate on December 28th. Now the month is over but I still have permissions (can install and play Game Pass games) on the Game Pass. Now my question is whether this is just a bug or something else?
No. It's not a bug. I have a guess.
Do I understand this in the right manner? You would have had gold until April. But did you buy 3 months of gold for 1 euro in December?
No, I only bought 1 month because the one for 1 euro still said it was a subscription.
If so, you now have the 3 months of Ultimate + the rest of the months of Gold in Ultimate too.
That used to be a bug. But is now even supported by Microsoft.
Then you may have if I haven't miscalculated Ultimate for the month longer than gold… Until May. But it should be the same.
Your gold will be upgraded with it. I also had.
Ok, thanks for your answer.
With pleasure. I hope I didn't say anything wrong. It was the same with me. Only I still had a good 13 months of gold. Then I bought Ultimate for 1 euro and had it for 13 + 3 months.
Was great.
So does that mean I can buy 12 months of gold and 1 month of ultimate so that I have 13 months of ultimate?
Unfortunately, I can't say how far this always works. I'm not that informed about that.
I only know it works with the 1 euro upgrade. Buy the Game Pass with Gold and then upgrade for 1 euro.
Even up to 36 months.
That used to be a bug. But then I read that Microsoft didn't do anything about it and now even supports it
