Why can't be downloaded?

I got tell me why with the xbox game pass in the Microsoft Store and wanted to download it where it has been downloading for many minutes, the download size is calculated and it says almost there but nothing happens. I've tried a few other games and they all download without problems. I've already done a number of things to make it work, but it didn't work. How can I get the download to work?
