Could someone help me and although it's been a week that I can hardly play any games on my PS4 Pro… It is one year old. Actually it started earlier… It was like my brother gave me games for the PS4 one of them was Marvel vs Capcom (from America) installed it and I could start it but if I wanted to play the story, the game depends on it The day after that I downloaded the new Avengers game and it downloaded an error with everything still fine and good, I reinstalled it and everything was Paletti a week ago it was so far my PS4 needed forever and many games I suddenly couldn't play more I don't know the error code anymore but it means that it has downloaded an error or something is wrong with my hard drive but I could still play Call of Duty: Warzone or Fortnite, for example. Today I got games from my brother again and nothing worked, I couldn't install the games, nothing was Warzone but nothing else then searched the Internet and found out that it should help if I reset the PS4 to factory settings but would not help. Then I read that maybe a quick initialization would help and nothing am in the process of doing a full one and still want to ask how I can solve this problem I should say that I'm a student and have no money to have them examined and They also have no knowledge of how to unscrew or anything else, thanks for the help

You should have bought a pc.

Al

Didn't quite understand the meaning of the response function, did you?

Al

How long have you had the ps?

Su

Please explain to me again.

I would recommend cleaning them, there are enough tutorials on Youtube for that. Otherwise just save your money and have them investigated, it's still better than buying a new PS4 or even worse messing around with it yourself. Or you could wait until the end of the year and get a Playstation 5 or take care of it for Christmas.

Thanks for the help, but as I said, I'm currently in the 9th grade and I don't have any money for an examination or a PS5 and wish for Christmas if you mean that I can't either. My parents are not them richest and have also taught me that if I want to have something, I have to buy it myself, etc.
