Hitman 3 | Doesn't transfer progress?

I have Hitman 2 on my Xbox. I now have Hitman 3 too and have carried over the progress. I wanted to play the maps from Hitman 2 and it says on all missions that they are not available?

I've transferred all my progress and can't play Hitman 2 maps?

You have to download the Hitman 2 Access Pass from the store

It costs 60 euro for me although I own the game anyway
