How can you set that the xbox continues to download games even when the Xbox one is switched off, I have to "start up quickly" I think right?
Stupid question, but already tried to download a game and turn it off and see if the game is on?

Yes of course you can.
And yes, it must be set to fast startup. In addition, remove the tick on the right next to Switch off memory with console.
In addition, under System - Updates you can set that the console as well as installed games and apps are updated automatically.
Do you actually know how to update Call of Duty Modern Warfare, I already have everything on it but somehow I have to update something an update where can I find the setting for it?
If there's an update you will actually get a message when the game starts.
Otherwise have a look at my games and apps. There you will find a tab for downloads and one for updates.
