Good free car / racing games?

I'm looking for good racing or car games that you can download for free. I have a PC, a cell phone, an Xbox One, and a PS3. Can someone recommend such games to me?

Asphalt 8 I can recommend. The game is available for both the mobile phone and the PC and is free.

Asphalt 9 is now out, too, but I find the predecessor much better, because it offers more freedom and you do not always have to be online with him.
