Microsoft / XBOX game pass?

I bought the XBOX Game Pass in the microsoft store and now unfortunately have to find that I can't download 80% of the games? For example, Dead by Daylight or ARK whatever PC games are can't be downloaded because I have not linked a suitable device to my Microsoft account (PC is connected).

To be able to play the games on the PC, you have to buy the "Game Pass for PC". There's that especially for the "Game Pass for console". And "Game Pass Ultimate" includes both plus gold. Write to support and explain that you accidentally bought the wrong one, maybe something can be done.
