Sorry about lost internet friend?

I got to know a friend in a game a long time ago we always gambled him on ps4 and me on xbox but at some point I deleted some friends and accidentally deleted him for 1 year I've been playing without him, but sometimes I'm still sad about especially what he was thinking where he couldn't find me and i couldn't add him anymore because i didn't know his name so i didn't know his in game name only his ps4 name.
