Are the games with the XBOX Game Pass free?
Yes, it's a flat rate like Netflix. However, only the games that are included in the Game Pass are free. And as a Game Pass member, you get exclusive discounts on games.
I don't think the gamepass is worthwhile because the games are only available for a limited time and there are hardly any blockbuster games. For example, you will search in vain for Fall of Duty or Hitman.
I think PS Now is more appealing for only 60 euro per year

No idea. Somehow people just have problems with the Playstation. Nobody seems to have any problems with the XBOX because I haven't read a single question about it.
With XBOX I also topped up 10 euro, now I can't get the GamePass via PC because nothing happens
Not all games are free, so there are some e.g. Fifa 20, Minecraft, ARK, Subnautica, …
I have no idea what you're doing wrong all the time. You have to log into your PC with your XBOX account and then you can install and play the games via the gamepass
But all Xbox Game Pass games are free!
I have currently purchased Xbox Game Pass for 1 month. So I can testify that not all games are free. E.g. Cyberpunk 2077 isn't free.
