Transferring GTA 5 (Xbox 360) to GTA 5 (Xbox One) saved game?

A few years ago I had a GTA account on the Xbox 360 where I also had a lot of money and wanted to ask if I can somehow get the account on the Xbox One. I still have the game, but no longer the console.
