Microsoft account hacked?

Via my Microsoft account the computer game Call of Duty was bought as a gift & a subscription for an XBox Game Pass. However, I was not myself & now try to undo it. I have already made it with the subscription but not with the computer game. Does anyone have any idea how this works since it was bought as a gift?
