You can buy an external hard drive in the electronics market. E.g. A Terrabyte HDD about 50 euro and connect to the console with a USB cable.
In theory, you could also install a hard drive in the XBox. But I only recommend that if you know your way around. Otherwise just the first.
I don't know if this is possible with the XBox (but it is possible), but you can certainly get an external hard drive and connect it to the XBox via a USB cable (that's exactly what I did with my PS4). The only thing to watch out for is that the external hard drive has been formatted correctly. With the PS4 it is the FAT32 file system or the exFAT file system.

In your place I would get an external hard drive, because with this you can first of all fulfill all your game wishes and the storage space does not matter. I have the 4tb hard drive from Seagate and I'm very satisfied. (Approx. 90 euro) The investment is 100% worth it, but of course you can also buy smaller hard drives, such as a 500gb, but the memory is full.
