I've recently upgraded my Xbox one s with a 2TB hard drive. So. Screwed on and screwed on and screwed on. There she was. The 500GB hard drive. So I take the old hard drive, copied it to the new (with formatting and everything), installed and connected. Then: nothing. Just a black screen. The monitor had received a signal. But only a black screen. The other Xbox still works with the same cable and the same HDMI port
My problem: The console is running and makes the start sound. The Xbox LOGO is also lit. D. H. I can't do anything, no sound comes from the TV. I only had the console for 20 seconds. Maybe he has to find one first. But I wanted to ask anyway.
Thanks to everyone who takes the trouble to answer!
Have never changed a hard drive on my Xbox One.
Try again to start the Xbox with the old hard drive and see if you have not done anything else broken?
Should not it try to format the hard drive or delete all data on it maybe it is a security of your Xbox that you z.b. Can't play games like this?
If I had to type (have never taken out the hard drive and replaced.) I would question if there's something like a copy protection or something?
