Troubleshoot screen after Xbox One startup?

Recently, when I start my Xbox One, I kept getting a "fix this problem" screen with the choices "Next" "Offline System Update" "Reset Xbox" & "Shut Down Xbox". If I click "Next", I only get a black screen and nothing else happens. I can't click "Offline system update", "Reset the Xbox" doesn't do much, because I did that before and when "Switch off the Xbox" it just goes off and when you turn it on again, the same screen appears again. Does anyone know what I can do? (The Xbox is up to date with updates.)

I think the hard drive is broken

So can't I really do something about that?
