So I have an Xbox One and bought a game from the Microsoft Store there. On the laptop I also have a Microsoft Store where I can download the game for free on the same account because I've already bought it schonmal on the same account
Some games can be played with Win 10. I have not tried it myself yet. A list of supported titles can be googled.
Went the last time, when I looked, only with a handful of Exclusivtiteln.
There are, to my knowledge, only a few games which support XBox and Win10, whether that is the case with your you have to test.
In Forza Horizon 4 is Pc and Xbox that should work but right?
Theoretically yes. As I said, I have not tried it myself.
