I would like to know if you really need a UHD TV for the Xbox Series X? I connected the XSX to a Samsung UHD in the living room, but my wife likes to watch her series there. Tomorrow I would actually like to watch a cheap UHD TV for the office, but I still have an HD TV that is about 7 years old. Maybe someone has an idea.
A difference, but acceptable for occasional gaming.
It works, sure. But with a FullHD (or worse, HD (ready)) device, you waste a lot of potential.
You don't necessarily need it, but as already answered, the potential would be wasted.
I don't want to have to use 4k resolution in combination with HDR.
