I have to say I love the game, BUT the graphics are worse than some games from 2015 …
Before comments like "get yourself a PC" or "then play somewhere else on it" do not work. And I don't have any internet. I can't do the next update until next week.

Haven't played the game yet. But I will play it on a relatively powerful PC. I assume that I will then find it quite good. I wasn't super hyped from the start.
As for the version on the "last gen" system, one can only say it was a disaster. Not just because of the graphics. The frame rate problems are probably much worse
I would even say that even the flagship titles of the PS3 / XB360 era performed or looked better.
Personally, I would never buy it in this state (and it won't change much) for the Last-Gen-Konolen. Still, I know people who enjoy the game as it is, so I can't advise against it across the board.

I know that your assumption / assertion is wrong… Because I have compared games on 2 TVs… PS3 games, the graphically best of this era with cyberpunk on normal Xbox One

In terms of the story, it is also absolutely mega and from my side absolutely recommendable. I love these little Easter eggs from Witcher because there are actually so many details hidden in them
The frame rate on the X1 sometimes falls well below 20 FPS, and we don't even need to talk about a stable 30 FPS. The games were very good at that.

Yeah good. As a long-time PC player it is interesting to see a game somewhere that has actually been optimized for the PC. With "us" it was for years that "we" got bad and mediocre console ports when a game wasn't a PC exclusive. ^^
Of course, that doesn't mean that I think it's a good thing about what has been released for the consoles.

If the console could do more then the game would look better, but that's all you can get out of it. The game is so full of details that there's simply no more performance left for the graphics.
You say you shouldn't say that, but if you want good graphics, get a PC.
The console is there for gaming and is not a graphics monster.
In theory, you can complain that the graphics are worse than advertised in every game, but a console can't do it anymore.
The bad graphics are simply due to the fact that the game is so detailed and an update won't do that much.
If more graphics performance is to come out then you have to take it easy on something else, both of which are simply not possible with the performance that the console offers
I only trust my eyes what I see on my screen. And don't distract from the graphics quality on Frames Per Second…

Who can think that connects the dots with each other… Could already imagine that the game comes out bugged… After it has been postponed sooo often, especially this year to the end of the year again and again month postponed. And back then at Watch Dogs it was also the case that you saw "nicer" videos than the finished game looked.

I find this game wonderful for several reasons:
I like the setting and everything
The game is fun, it has cool missions (e.g. Dream-On lives up to its name) and all the implants are fun too.
The game is still very young, I hope for a lot more content and improvements.
The graphics are great.
It gives me malicious pleasure. All the console companies are finally born and notice that real gamers play PC.
Cyberpunk runs smoothly on my laptop and except for a few stutters and a few irrelevant bugs, I don't notice anything. And here I would like to refer you again to point 3.

I can understand that the bugs are not pleasant for the console gamers. To add 70 francs for this sounds really absurd.
I can see that I'm fixed with the graphic…
However, the programming of the game was poorly implemented on the old consoles… RDR2 runs much better and has more stable GFX quality
I love the stories and I love the wonderful Easter eggs but I just can't afford a 3,000 euro gamer PC and otherwise I don't have high demands in terms of graphics, but as it is right now it's more embarrassing than anything else, I think the game was good, but I'd rather waited a moment than buy it now
A gamer PC doesn't cost 3000. You can play well with a third or half.
