My girlfriend buys a package from the Minecraft PE store. If I sign in with their Xbox live account or go into their world with the packages, will I get the packages for free?

And if I log in with their account, "package" the package to one world and then log in again with my own account? Will I keep the package then?
No, I do not think so. The packages are withdrawn from you, but you can try it.
