I really need help with the Xbox elite 2 controller…
I bought this controller on Amazon but he has a problem the B button does not respond properly I read that this is a production error, is that the case with every Xbox Elite 2 controller or only sporadically. There's a high chance that it will be the same again with the controller if I get it exchanged on Amazon.
Ps: Sorry for my spelling
Only some
Thank you do you have this controller too?
I don't have the controller but I hardly think that this is the case with all controllers. If there were an outcry, it would be a disaster for Microsoft.
So these are probably exceptions. Very unfortunate but just exchange it.
Keep your fingers crossed.
The problem is most of those who wrote 1 star on Amazon have this problem…
And me now… How often can you exchange on Amazon if that should be the case again?
You have a two-year guarantee by law. During this time, you are entitled to a faultless product.
I'm not an expert on legal issues but I can say that much.
There's no general right to exchange. Only the right to an impeccable product. The retailer will replace the device with Amazon as part of the warranty. In such cases, other dealers themselves go through the manufacturer. And whether this then exchanges or repairs is a case decision. If Amazon refuses to accept repeated defects, Microsoft is responsible as the manufacturer of the product.
The two years apply in all cases and from the time of purchase.
OK thanks! Have you heard about this problem with the buttons
No, but a friend has everything going with him and if the controller on Amazon were broken they would have reduced the price dramatically
Unfortunately, I'm not the only one who has these problems dozens of other Amazon reviews, many have this problem
Honestly no, although I read a lot online about gaming and everything around it.
But based on your question, I took a look at the reviews and in fact it seems to be a more common mistake in production. Which is a real annoyance for customers and Microsoft.
Based on the reviews, chances are 50 to 50 to get a working device. So my tip would be the exchange in the hope of getting a flawless controller. If not, you can withdraw from the purchase after the third exchange.
A case that hopefully will not happen.
Incidentally, both companies, Amazon and Microsoft, are very accommodating in such cases in my experience.
Yes I had something similar back then I bought an iPhone 6 for 200 euro at Amazon but not from apple but another company in any case everyone complained to some people the display was junk but I was very lucky I only got the flashlight Not everyone is different, it is a matter of luck, but if it arrives broken you can send it back and then you have your money back and with a bit of luck maybe 2 controllers if you send the one email
Sorry for spelling mistakes I'm just ko
Okay thank you
Everything okay 👍
But Microsoft has to deal with this problem as quickly as possible or
They will for sure, but if there were some faulty batches produced in China, they all ended up in sales. So this is also a problem for Microsoft itself.
