I bought a wireless Xbox One controller directly from Microsoft from Amazon.It ran without problems all the time until I set up my PC again today and as soon as I connect and play the controller, it runs like a slideshow in the game Game goes down to ~ 1FPS and I don't know why.

And you can say with certainty that it is up to the controller, since you have tried it without and there are no problems?
Correct. Mouse and keyboard absolutely no problems
Which graphics card and which power supply? Perhaps the PC is using too much power through the controller and therefore the performance no longer fits
If it were due to the power supply, it would not have worked if I had to put it on the PC again. Graphics card: RTX 2070 // Power supply: Be Quiet! Straight Power 11 650W
Can you maybe swap the cable or the connector?
