Xbox game pass ultimate expiry?

I got Xbox game pass Ultimate for a month and bought gta v through the game pass, I started the story mode, which is stored on the hard drive, if the game pass expires, it is possible that I will gta v as CD or digital without the game pass hole and if so, then i still have my story mode memory status or do i have to start over
