Black Ops4 Multiplayer in Splitscreen?

I would like to play the multiplayer mode in the split screen on the XBox One in the game Black Ops 4.

But it always shows me "Lobby fail failed" and all modes are locked.

Can someone explain to me how I can fix this?

Open the guide by pressing the Xbox button.
Go to System> Settings> Customization and then select My Xbox Home Console.

Press A on the second controller to pick up a second player in the lobby.

In other words, if I have a profile with XBox Gold Live, can't I just press and play with Guest as I did before?
