I've had a problem for a few days now that I can't replace my profile picture on Xbox One with a custom picture. Otherwise it always worked. Maybe knows what's going on and when it will work again? Or has the function been switched off completely?

Jo, I tried that first. The only thing that comes up every time is "There was a problem changing the profile picture, please try again later" This has been going on for weeks.
You could try resetting the console to the factory settings but keeping games and apps. Maybe then it will work.

I once had the problem that I could no longer log in with my account. Now the console is junk. Hopefully that's not the case with you.
