You shouldn't have too much hope that Xbox will be discounted on Black Friday. It is not to be expected that this will happen this year. If then black Friday 2021. 🤷♀️
The consoles are simply too new for that.
So my Series X has already been ordered and will hopefully arrive on time on November 10th.
Now to your other questions.
You can continue to use all of your One purchases as they are tied to your account which you use again on the new console.
The same applies of course to your subscriptions such as Xbox live.
If there's a code you can of course redeem it.
